New stories to tell...

That's what the world was waiting for.....no this is not going to be another rant about args. After Perplexcity died, many people were waiting, what the Adrian and Dan Hon are up to next.

And now the time has come. Their company Six To Start together with Penguin Books started their new project. The first story has been nothing less than awesome. This kind of storytelling, enriched by web tools like Google Maps, surely is going to be the way we're reading books in the not-so-distant future. Personally, I don't like Ebooks. Ok, it's a really fast way of getting your information. But the delivery is one thing. It just does not feel right without real paper and I'm spending way too much time before computer screens anyway.

However, this interactive storytelling is going way beyond traditional Ebooks and I quickly got caught up in it. Unfortunately, the story has been way too short. The second story has been revealed today and seems to unfold in a much more ARG-ish style using blogs and twitter entries updated during this week. Well, I'm very anxiously looking forward to it.

Molecular background...

What happening, when combining two guys with cams and a molecular cocktail set?

Well, quite easy. Two slightly drunk guys and a wonderful new desktop background.

A new hope....

....will never come. I finally found some new aspects of cooking. As of now, all of my more experimental cooking sessions will be documented together with Tiger's blog entries at:

Unfortunately, this site will mainly be in German...well, to be honest, Tiger's entries probably will....I don't know yet...it most probably depends on my mood.. ;-)

two much

When two people are cooking, it may happen, that it's simply two much.

This time, it was my turn to create the soup and I came up with the idea of pimping a simple vegetable soup with some chillies and cross this with some walnuts and fryed pears. Well, it was quite tasty, apart from the fact that the pears were really a necessity, as I should not have pounded the dryed chillies before adding them. ;-)

The main meal, created by Tiger, was a really simple but very delicious Normandian chicken.

Well, now I'll have to postpone my plans for a chicken-based meal for the upcoming weekend and think about something else. Maybe something much more experimental. :-)

Got my watch back....

Well, there's a new game in town and I got completely sucked into the rabbit hole. Click the image and join in...

Finally, things are cooking.

Yeehaa, I found some time again for cooking experiments.

This time I built small quiches containing cod and chestnuts. It turned out, that this experiment is quite tasty.
